LED display wall point-by-point calibration technology introduction
As a new type of technology, LED display is gradually accepted by the market for its energy saving, environmental protection and high brightness. Among them, it has been widely used in the advertising leasing market, exhibitions, entertainment and other fields. The led display technology has not only been applied to the municipal traffic guidance card, but has also developed into the direction of the car headlight source and the illumination source. The popular point is that it is a more energy-saving and environmentally friendly "service-oriented" technology product.
The indoor  P3.91 LED display  is composed of several LEDs, and even the same batch of LEDs is highly discrete, which leads to display inhomogeneity. When different batches of LEDs are used in combination, the uniformity of the display will be even worse, and the phenomenon of "flower screen and dirty screen" will be more serious, seriously affecting the viewing effect.
So far only the "point-by-point adjustment" technology can better adjust the uniformity of the entire screen display. Moreover, the mature point-by-point adjustment technology can realize the mixed use of LEDs produced in different batches, and the uniformity of the whole screen display is good.

Taking a recent point-by-point adjustment scheme as an example, in this scheme, there are 36 cabinets that need to be adjusted point by point. A total of four lamps produced in different periods are used, and two different cabinets are used. Lamps produced during the period. That is to say, the lamps on different unit boards in one box belong to two different production batches, and the lamps in the single unit board are the same production batch. Therefore, this point-by-point adjustment is very difficult.
Before adjustment:
There is a clear difference in brightness in the box, the dividing line is very clear, and the white color temperature is reddish.
The whole screen display is uneven, the boundary between the cabinet and the unit board is obvious, the whole screen shows obvious color spots, the color temperature is reddish, and there is a border line.
After adjusting point by point
The discreteness control is within ±0.5%, which meets the factory's factory accuracy index. (This indicator is the most critical. If it is not met, it cannot be provided to customers. This is a hard indicator of the LED industry, and only in this way can the LED screen be guaranteed visibility.)
Postscript: Various optical devices are required for metering and toning. The price of a piece of equipment is high, and often the total price of some items is not as high as the value of one piece of equipment, and these high-end equipments have high requirements for operators. So if you can only rely on high-end technology equipment to solve the discrete problem, the cost will be very high. As one of the earliest companies in China to use point-by-point adjustment technology, Zhongqing Micro Digital can use the color mode of camera + light gun + software (the cheapest coloring equipment on the market, but it has obvious coloring effect). Point adjustment. In addition, its point-by-point color correction software is easy to operate and can be easily trained for employees.
