LED Display screen common problems and solutions
01. What could be caused by not loading it? Loading may not be due to the following reasons, please compare with your operation according to the listed items:
    A. Make sure the control system hardware is powered up correctly. (+5V)
 
    B. Check and confirm that the serial cable used to connect to the controller is a straight-through line, not a cross-line.
 
    C. Check and confirm that the serial cable is intact and there are no loose or falling off at both ends.
 
    D. Compare the LED display control software with the control card of your choice to select the correct product model, the correct transmission method, the correct serial port number, the correct baud rate and correctly set the control system hardware against the DIP switch diagram provided in the software. Address bit and baud rate.
 
    E. Check if the jumper cap is loose or off; if the jumper cap is not loose, make sure the jumper cap is in the correct direction.
 
    F. If the above check and correction still does not load, please use a multimeter to measure whether the serial port of the connected computer or control system hardware is damaged. To confirm whether it should be returned to the computer manufacturer or return the control system hardware for testing.
 
    02. What could be caused by the lack of communication?

    The reason why the communication is not the same as the loading is not the same, which may be caused by the following reasons: Please compare with the operation according to the listed items:
 
    A. Make sure the control system hardware is powered up correctly. (+5V)

    03. Why does the system prompt "Please connect the indoor LED display panel controller"?
 
    Many customers and friends downloaded the "LED display control system" directly from the "Download Center" on the company's website. After 20 minutes of installation, the message "Please connect the LED display controller" will appear. This is due to the system. The reason for the hardware of the control system was not detected during the test time.
 
    In this case, connect one end of the hardware of your LED display control system to the computer, and the other end to the HUB distribution board. The cable socket of the HUB distribution board is connected to the interface of each unit of the LED display.
 
    After the connection is completed, you can go to the “Setting Screen Parameters” in “Settings” to set the relevant parameters. When finished, close and then re-open the software. At this time, the words “Connected Successfully” will appear on the top of the software. At this point, the system has detected the display control system hardware, and it can be used normally without time limit.
 
    04. Why does the LED display control system hardware appear a few seconds of bright lines or "flower screen" when it is just powered on?
 
     After connecting the display controller to the computer and the HUB distribution board and display, you need to provide +5V power to the controller to make it work properly (in this case, do not directly connect to 220V). At the moment of power-on, there will be a few seconds of bright lines or “flower screen” on the display. The bright line or “flower screen” is a normal test phenomenon, reminding the user that the display is about to start normal operation.
 
    Within 2 seconds, the phenomenon is automatically eliminated and the display enters normal working condition.
 
    05. What does automatic or manual brightness adjustment mean? Brightness adjustment refers to the adjustment made between the darkest and brightest displayed on the display. Instead of sensitization.
 
    Automatic brightness adjustment is automatically adjusted to a certain brightness by the wide LED display control system according to the different brightness that should occur in different time periods.
 
    Manual brightness adjustment means that the end user reaches the specified brightness by operating the control system of the wide LED display.
 
    06. Why is the display not displayed when the controller is all right?
 
    When the controller settings and the connection cable are properly connected, sometimes there is no display on the LED display screen, which is usually caused by one of the following reasons. Please check against:
 
    A. Is the LED display powered up normally?
 
    B. Whether the connection between the HUB distribution board and the display screen is reversed.
 
    C. Whether the program edited and sent is empty.
 
    07. The whole screen of the unit board is not bright or dark.
 
    A. Visually check whether the power cable, the 26P cable between the unit boards, and the power module indicator are normal.
 
    B. Use a multimeter to measure the unit board for normal voltage, and then measure whether the power module voltage output is normal. If not, it is judged that the power module is bad.
 
    C. Measure the voltage of the power module is low, adjust the fine adjustment (fine adjustment of the power module near the indicator light) to make the voltage reach the standard.
 
    08. What is the cause of the black screen on the LED display? In the process of using the control system, we occasionally encounter a black screen on the LED display. The same phenomenon may be caused by a variety of different reasons, and even the process of blackening the display may vary depending on the operation or the environment. For example, it may be black at the moment of power-on, or it may turn black during the loading process, or it may turn black after sending. In the case of this phenomenon, please pay attention to the following aspects to judge the "fault":
 
    A. Please ensure that all hardware including the control system is properly powered up. (+5V, don't reverse, get wrong)
 
    B. Check and re-check if the serial cable used to connect to the controller is loose or loose. (If it turns black during the loading process, it is probably caused by this reason, that is, the communication line is interrupted due to the looseness of the communication line during the communication process, so the screen is black. Do not think that the display body is not moving, the line cannot be loose, please Check it out, it's important for you to solve the problem quickly.)
 
    C. Check and confirm that the LED display and the HUB distribution board connected to the main control card are tightly connected and inserted.
