Q1: Are you the manufacturer or trading company? and where is your factory?
A: we are professional manufacturer devote in producing Led outdoor, Led indoor display, rental display, stadium screen, advertising screen and stage screen etc. You are warmly welcome to visit our factory to learn the technical and maintenance skills and everything you need in our factory.
 

Q2:May be we will need some samples, what is the lead time of samples and lead time of order?

A2:We will arrange your sample of the charges within 1-2 days and arrange your order within 5-12 days after receiving your salary.

If it is really quality problem, we will work with the engineer to assist you in solving the problem. If we cannot solve it, we will give you a refund or resend you new one for free, but we will not bear the freight.
